To earn 15% as a Brand Partner (BP) you must have two (2) personally sponsored BPs plus two (2) customers, each with a minimum purchase of one (1) box in the last month.

To earn 20% as a Brand Partner (BP) you must have four (4) personally sponsored BPs plus four (4) customers, each with a minimum purchase of one (1) box in the last month.
